In accordance with Rule 40 you are advised that nominations are now called to fill the Member Director vacancy on the Board of Directors for Pioneer Valley Water Co-operative Limited and Pioneer Valley Water Mutual Co-operative Limited.

Nomination forms for the office of Member Director may be obtained by contacting the Secretary and each such nomination must be signed by the nominee and not less than two members of Pioneer Valley Water Co-operative Limited.

Nominations must be lodged at the Registered Office of Pioneer Valley Water Co-operative Limited – Canegrowers Building, 120 Wood Street, Mackay before Noon on Friday 25th September 2026.

Should there be a greater number of nominations received than required to fill the vacancy, a ballot will then be conducted.
